I don't know how it operates, but the light does work. Comes apart easily for storage in original box. I m selling it as is and hoping someone can use. Vintage - Federal photo r model 240 with box instructions great condition.

This was part of my late husbands collection photographic archived equipment. No punctures or tears. No scratches or damaged parts. Box is in solid shape.
