El Nikkor 135 f 5. 6 in excellent shape. I used this as a macro bellows lens. It comes with lens caps,a screw in 49mm lens hood and a case from a 28 f 3.

It has m42 threads so it is very easy to adapt. But it covers 4x5 for r use. It is a bellows or for a sliding tube extension tube as it has no focusing Helicon.

It is in near perfect shape with very good cosmetics and no defects,fungus, haze or scratching.
