With shipping I pass along the discounted price I receive from the USPS ups, I have no control over shipping costs beyond that. Motor starts up and runs good.

The collage I purchased this item from said it didn't work and thought the power supply was bad. It doesn't happen very often that an item Hans't worked. The only thing I found wrong with it is, that when it's running if you tip it back you can hear the fan hitting something.
