It looks new to me but I am not sure. You are looking at a Beslar 75mm f3.

The outside of the box does have shelf wear from being in storage for so long. I know nothing about cameras or it's components.

The baggie look sealed when I opened it up for photos but it could also have been glued closed. Hello fellow er.
