I was the original owner and purchased it new. This plate will work with either the 3 lens turret or the slide in lens mount plate. If you win multiple offers I will combine them to save you money on shipping.

It will function perfectly. Some minor marks here and there on the outer surface and a more on the inside of the ring. This plate is the latest version which has a keyhole which allows you to loosen the thumb screws and twist the lens slightly to remove the lens with plate from the lens board a couple of seconds faster.

I have multiple pieces of some of these items. The threads on this mount are perfect. I have more than one of several of these items. It saw light use and is in excellent condition.

I have a number of other Omega plates, mounts and a turret being offered at this time.

The threads on these plates are often stripped during careless and aggressive mounting and will cause you grief if you purchase one.
