This is a Rodenstock Rotelar 75mm 1/4 that seems to work great. I am not sure how it fits on the adapter, if it even belongs with it. It comes with an adapter that I am not sure if it is meant for this lens or not, but it came with it when I bought it.

I do not have a camera to test this on, but the aperture does move a bit sticky the way it should.
