The chrome pole is rust free. The bellows are fully in tact and it adjusts smoothly. The bulb works as well, as does the on off switch.

It was mounted to a wood base but the base was rough so I tossed it. I'm not sure if there is supposed to be a lens but it does not have one. Otherwise it's good to go.
